Job summary

Perceptyx is seeking a Product Deployment Manager to serve as a critical individual contributor within the Product team, guiding new capabilities from roadmap to real-world deployment. The role emphasizes headless delivery through APIs, MCP, and AI assistants, and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will bridge product strategy with customer implementation, ensuring deployability, adoptability, and scalable offerings, while aligning with EST core hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Delivery, Solutions Engineering, or similar in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong practical understanding of APIs, integrations, automation patterns, and data flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate technical criteria into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating technical documentation, implementation checklists, repeatable workflows, and enablement assets.
• Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment for emerging, technically complex product capabilities (integrations, APIs, automation, and platform services).
• Act as a customer-facing point of contact for technical implementation discussions below core architecture design.
• Translate deployment scenarios and signals into structured productization recommendations.
• Build onboarding materials, implementation guides, and technical FAQs; own trust package for agent-based deployments.
• Identify deployment friction and risks that impact enterprise adoption, and address readiness gaps.
