Job summary

Care Predictor is seeking a Deployment Engineer to bring our AI Operating System to life for behavioral health clients. You will own deployments from design to rollout, mapping customer workflows and integrating EMRs, HRIS, and CRMs.

You will work at the intersection of software, AI, and operations, solving complex technical and business problems, and you will build adapters, scripts, and tooling to automate onboarding and ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data exchange protocols.
• Experience with Postman or Insomnia for API testing.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript to read code and parse data.
• Familiar with JSON, XML, and standard data structures.
• Project management skills to handle multiple client implementations.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; 1+ years in client-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new customers.
• Solve integration challenges between systems (EMRs, HRIS, CRMs, APIs).
• Build internal tools, automation scripts, or adapters as needed.
• Monitor early usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outcomes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to close tool gaps.
• Own end-to-end deployments from design to rollout.
• Bridge customer operations and product to automate workflows.
