Job summary

Skydrop is looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager to own the deployment outcomes for strategic accounts. You will work directly with enterprise customer experience leaders, deploying AI agents and identifying improvement areas for the platform based on insights gained in the field.

With 5+ years in product management or solutions engineering, you will enjoy real ownership of problems and have the autonomy to create significant impacts across customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or similar roles.
• Comfortable with technical integrations and workflows.
• Experience in understanding customer experience from the inside.

Responsibilities

• Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts.
• Deploy agents and build platform fixes based on deployment blockers.
• Work with enterprise CX leaders to design AI transformation roadmaps.
• Turn deployment insights into platform capabilities.
• Design evaluation systems for performance monitoring.
• Run full launch cycles including customer enablement.

Skills

5+ years in PM, solutions engineering

Ability to scope webhooks and complex integrations
