Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to guide enterprise-scale programs with disciplined agile leadership. You will own core delivery processes, mentor managers, and translate strategy into executable plans that drive value across business and technology functions.

Reporting to the VP, Delivery Management, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk and quality, and present metrics and ROI to senior stakeholders. This role supports home-based, remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in program or delivery management leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record communicating with senior leaders and sponsors.
• Experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools.
• Healthcare, insurance, or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
• Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams for major business and technology programs.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop high-performing teams.
• Teach Disciplined Agile values, patterns, and skills to the delivery organization.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 initiatives with executive visibility and aligned roadmaps.
• Develop program delivery dashboards and manage risks to value and quality.
• Prepare concise, executive updates including ROI, benefits tracking, and investment health.
• Drive agile process improvements and mentor delivery managers and teams.
