Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery across enterprise programs. You will own end-to-end delivery, translate strategy into actionable plans, and model delivery excellence for the organization.

You will teach and mentor delivery managers, drive executive-ready updates, dashboards, and metrics while aligning outcomes to business objectives and risk controls. This role is remote from the U.S. with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior leadership and sponsors.
• Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies; adherence to SDLC and Risk/Security frameworks.
• Strongly preferred: healthcare, insurance, or regulated-industry experience.
• Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC, or equivalent).
• Experience building or transforming agile program management/delivery capability.
• Care coordination or claims management domain knowledge.

• TEACH Disciplined Agile values, patterns, and skills; role model delivery managers.
• Strategic Program Delivery: manage end-to-end delivery with enterprise visibility and ROI focus.
• Executive Communication: prepare concise updates and dashboards for senior leaders.
• Delivery Excellence & Flow Metrics: drive improvements and mentor teams in agile practices.
