Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead cross-functional teams, translate strategy into executable plans, and model delivery excellence. You will own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes and teach delivery values across the enterprise, driving high-performing teams to achieve strategic business and technology objectives.

You will communicate with senior leaders, manage risks, and align program outcomes to business OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with delivery managers and agile teams.
• Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, or Continuous Delivery and SDLC / Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams on major programs with enterprise visibility.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes and practice development.
• Teach values and skills; role model delivery excellence across the organization.
• Develop end-to-end delivery plans, manage risks, and ensure value realization.
