Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-critical outcomes using disciplined agile delivery. Reporting to the VP, Delivery Management, you will translate strategy into executable plans and model delivery excellence for the organization.

You will own agile practices, mentor delivery managers, and collaborate with business, technology, product, and operations to align initiatives with OKRs and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program or delivery management experience with complex initiatives.
• Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies; knowledge of risk/security frameworks.
• Healthcare, insurance, or regulated-industry experience preferred.
• Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams for major business and technology programs.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop high-performing teams.
• Teach Disciplined Agile values, patterns, and skills across the enterprise.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 initiatives with executive visibility.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders with ROI visibility.
• Identify and implement agile process improvements and track flow metrics.
