Job summary

One Call seeks a Senior Manager Delivery to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-critical outcomes using disciplined agile delivery.

You translate strategy into executable plans, model delivery excellence, and mentor delivery managers, with executive-facing communication and risk management. This senior role reports to the VP, Delivery Management and supports remote work across the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven executive-level communication with senior leadership and sponsors.
Experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery, SDLC, Change Management, and risk/security frameworks.
Healthcare/regulated-industry experience strongly preferred.
Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead mission-critical delivery teams and ensure achievement of major programs.
Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop high-performing teams.
Teach Disciplined Agile values and practices; role model for delivery managers and teams.
Strategic program delivery with enterprise visibility; manage roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies.
Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders; articulate ROI and investment health.
Identify and implement agile process improvements; drive measurable outcomes and automation.
