Qualifications

• 6+ years of field software solution sales experience.
• 2+ years selling data protection and/or business continuity/disaster recovery and/or cyber resiliency solutions.
• History of selling via VARs with a consultative approach.
• Proven ability to manage complex solutions from discovery through closure.
• Consistently exceeding quota objectives.
• Must reside within 50 miles of assigned region.
• Experience selling to multiple industries and verticals.
• Strong relationships in VAR/Reseller/Managed Provider ecosystems.
• Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / Force Management.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across the Data Protection portfolio (DP/BC/DR/CR) in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with HPE Sales Organizations to develop opportunities and augment pursuits with DP/BC/DR/CR solutions.
• Direct and coordinate pipeline hygiene activities with account managers, Presales, channel partners, and others.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and account plan using internal sales tools.
• Negotiate and close profitable deals with a high win rate.
• Build consultative relationships with clients up to C-level for mid-to-large accounts.
• Leverage competitive knowledge to position HPE solutions effectively.
• Forge relationships with channel partners and enable co-sell to end-users.
• Lead and coordinate Zerto and Data Protection marketing campaigns.
• Act as a trusted solutions consultant for slated accounts/region.
