Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an Enterprise Account Executive – Data Protection for Minnesota, remote-first, focusing on protection, continuity, and cyber resilience. You will drive revenue growth, manage complex multi-million deals, and engage with executives to understand business needs across MN, ND, SD and parts of WI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field software solution sales experience.
• 2+ years selling data protection/BC/DR/cyber resilience.
• Experience with VARs and channel partners is a plus.
• Highly consultative approach with a history of multi-million deals.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across the Data Protection portfolio in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pursue opportunities and expand DP/BC/DR/CR solutions.
• Coordinate with account managers, presales, and partners to maintain pipeline.
• Negotiate deals to achieve high win rates and profitable closures.
• Engage with C-level and senior executives to understand business needs.
• Position HP's data protection offerings against competitors and trends.
• Co-sell with channel partners and enablements to drive end-user adoption.
• Lead campaigns and marketing efforts to maintain momentum in the region.
