Job summary

Veracode, based in Burlington, MA with US remote options, seeks a Manager of Customer Onboarding & Success to lead our onboarding program. You will directly project manage deployments and collaborate with CSEs and SAs, ensuring rapid value realization and long-term customer success across Enterprise and commercial accounts.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Customer Success, strong SaaS experience, and proven leadership in onboarding at scale.

Qualifications

7+ years in Customer Success, customer onboarding, or a related post-sale SaaS function.
2+ years managing customer-facing teams; leadership experience preferred.
Direct experience project managing technical deployments with CSEs, SAs, or implementation engineers.
Understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, growth.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding function with accountability for customer outcomes and milestones.
Directly project manage deployments from post-sale through go-live with CSEs/SAs.
Collaborate with CS leadership, CSMs, and Sales for smooth handoffs and long-term adoption.
Design and improve tiered onboarding programs including digital and high-touch Enterprise onboarding.
Establish governance and reporting on performance, risks, and outcomes.
