Job summary

PreVeil Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal, ensuring successful adoption of our secure platform.

You will own relationships, drive product usage, reduce churn, and grow accounts through renewals and expansions in a quota-carrying role. Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Support teams to advocate for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or customer success, preferably quota-carrying.
• Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Proactive team player with ideas for user adoption and churn mitigation.
• Customer-focused with a self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale relationships from onboarding through renewal.
• Drive product adoption and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Support teams to improve the customer experience.
• Process monthly renewals and expansion orders to meet quotas.
• Advocate for customers and provide internal feedback on improvements.
