Job summary

Convr is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the Customer Experience Team in the United States. You will be the primary link between Convr and customers, ensuring optimal use of the platform and aligning outcomes with strategic objectives.

You’ll cultivate trusted advisor relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. Role requires 5+ years in SaaS CS (enterprise), 3+ years P&C insurance knowledge, and strong skills with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira.

Qualifications

5+ years SaaS Customer Success experience, preferably with strategic or enterprise accounts.
3+ years of experience with commercial P&C insurance products, services, channels, functions, and processes.
Bachelor’s degree or proven experience.

Responsibilities

Drive hands-on adoption of the Convr Platform and help customers achieve business objectives.
Own customer communication and account health, including adoption risk, renewal readiness, and expansion signals.
Present strategic solutions leveraging Convr platform and insurance industry practices.
Partner with Business Development Executives on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
Represent the voice of the customer across cross-functional teams in product and strategy decisions.
Help build scalable CS playbooks, adoption motions, and customer health processes.
