Job summary

Convr is seeking a Customer Success Manager to bridge between Convr and its customers, ensuring successful usage of the platform to achieve strategic business outcomes. You will be a trusted advisor and collaborative teammate across cross-functional groups.

You will drive platform adoption, monitor adoption risk and renewal readiness, and partner with sales on renewals and expansions while representing the customer's voice in product decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success experience.
• 3+ years of experience with commercial P&C insurance products.
• Must reside in Central or Eastern time zones.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira.
• Hands-on technical mindset with ability to align technology to business objectives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive hands-on adoption of the Convr Platform to meet customer objectives.
• Own customer communications, adoption risk, renewal readiness, and expansion signals.
• Present strategic solutions leveraging Convr platform and insurance practices.
• Collaborate with Business Development on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Represent the voice of the customer in product and cross-functional decisions.
• Help build scalable CS playbooks, adoption motions, and health processes.
