Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced enterprise customer success managers to train and refine AI-generated presentations for top clients. You will drive 4+ year+ familiarity with QBRs and executive reviews, delivering high-quality decks with polished slides and clear written communication.

You will work remotely on flexible 5–20 hours per week with competitive pay at $70 per hour, starting ASAP. Build and present strategic renewals, adoption, and value-realization decks for enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train and refine AI-generated presentations for enterprise workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine QBRs, renewal business cases, adoption exhibits, and executive sponsor updates.
• Develop and deliver success plan presentations for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align slides with client goals.
