Ethos is seeking experienced enterprise customer success managers to help train AI-generated presentations and slide decks for enterprise accounts. You will drive QBRs and executive reviews, crafting high-quality slide decks with precise, professional communication.

This fully remote, flexible role requires 4+ years in enterprise CS and exceptional PowerPoint skills. Work 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start, with compensation at $70/hour.

Qualifications

4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist in training AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
Prepare, refine, and present quarterly business reviews and executive sponsor updates.
Collaborate with AI lab and enterprise clients to optimize adoption and value realization exhibits.
