Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced enterprise customer success managers to help train AI-generated presentations and slide decks for enterprise accounts. You will drive QBRs and executive reviews, crafting high-quality slide decks with precise, professional communication.

This fully remote, flexible role requires 4+ years in enterprise CS and exceptional PowerPoint skills. Work 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start, with compensation at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Prepare, refine, and present quarterly business reviews and executive sponsor updates.
• Collaborate with AI lab and enterprise clients to optimize adoption and value realization exhibits.
