Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced enterprise customer success managers to help train AI models on professional presentations and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible role targets professionals who can run QBRs and executive reviews for enterprise accounts, shaping AI-generated outputs across core workflows such as quarterly decks, renewal business cases, and value realization exhibits.

Compensation is $70/hour with a commitment of 5-20 hours per week (more if desired). Start ASAP.

Qualifications

4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
Experience building and delivering executive business reviews.
Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Train AI models by creating and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
Create, evaluate and refine decks for quarterly business reviews, renewal business cases, and adoption/ value realization exhibits.
Prepare executive sponsor updates and success plan presentations.
