Job summary

HiddenLayer is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across cybersecurity. You’ll drive adoption, coordinate post-call actions, and keep the team aligned on health and renewal risks.

You’ll collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Support, and Account Directors to ensure value delivery and proactive risk management, while maintaining strong customer communications in a fully remote, international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptionally organized with a track record of keeping follow-ups and action items from slipping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear customer emails and productive calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing communication across your portfolio with regular check-ins and status updates.
• Join customer calls, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up after meetings.
• Keep Jira tickets current and maintain accurate health notes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding, adoption, and renewal process.
