Job summary

HiddenLayer is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue growth in the security for AI space across the US. This role focuses on strategic sales initiatives, building senior stakeholder relationships, and leading complex negotiations.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored, compelling proposals and demonstrations that showcase value. A track record in enterprise cybersecurity/AI sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or AI tech.
• Understanding of AI security concepts and data protection.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate tech into business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit targets and grow the customer base.
• Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders including C-levels.
• Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions with favorable terms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to tailor proposals.
• Track sales metrics, forecast accuracy, and pipeline with CRM tools.
• Represent HiddenLayer at industry events to promote brand and thought leadership.
