Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Manager, Customer Success – Cyber to lead a team of 5–10 CSMs serving cybersecurity accounts across Claude API surfaces. You will coach, develop, and scale CS processes while driving adoption and value realization for enterprise clients.

You’ll bring deep cybersecurity knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to engage CISOs and CTOs to expand footprint and optimize outcomes. Hybrid work in DC area offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success or related roles
• 2+ years front-line management experience
• Experience building CS teams in SaaS/API/AI/ML
• Cybersecurity experience with credible SME for cyber customers
• Portfolio management at enterprise scale ($1M–$100M+ ACVs)
• Understanding consumption- vs seat-based models
• Technical fluency in AI/ML products
• Executive presence with customer leaders
• Ability to articulate value and ROI
• Experience building CS processes and KPIs

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of 5-10 CSMs across strategic cybersecurity accounts
• Coach team on CS best practices, adoption, value realization, and expansions
• Provide cybersecurity SME to customers and CSMs across security domains
• Drive core CS metrics: expansion, health scores, retention, CSAT
• Lead strategic customer engagements with CISOs/CTOs and senior engineers
• Develop scalable CS processes, playbooks, and templates
• Partner with Sales to identify expansions and ensure aligned strategies
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing to advocate needs
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding and training
• Foster an AI-first, innovative team culture
