Job summary

Qualifications

- Strong communication with executives and stakeholders
- Ability to lead programs and orchestrate cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Proactively manages named accounts and drives adoption across the customer lifecycle
- Builds and maintains strategic success plans aligned to business outcomes
- Partners with stakeholders to ensure renewal and expansion opportunities
- Leads Executive Business Reviews and presents value delivery results
- Collaborates with Sales, Support, Product, Renewals, and Professional Services to ensure continuity and alignment
