Ethos is seeking an experienced customer success director to lead executive reviews for enterprise accounts. You will drive AI-generated presentations and slide decks, refining content for quarterly and renewal discussions across key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Manage core workflows, including quarterly business review decks, renewal business cases, adoption and value realization exhibits, executive sponsor updates, and success plan presentations.
