Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train AI language model by creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (QBR decks, renewal business cases, adoption exhibits, executive sponsor updates, success plan presentations).
• Manage client success aspects for enterprise accounts, including running QBRs and executive business reviews.
• Collaborate with AI lab team to ensure quality and relevance of slide deck outputs.
