Job summary

Ethos is seeking a client success director to train AI models on professional presentation tasks. You will lead executive reviews for enterprise accounts, craft high-quality slide decks, and help refine AI-generated materials for quarterly reviews, renewals, and value exhibits.

This role is fully remote with 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in enterprise customer success, a proven track record of executive reviews, and exceptional PowerPoint/communication

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for enterprise workflows.
• Deliver executive sponsor updates, renewal business cases, and value realization exhibits.
• Manage QBRs and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with investors and consultancies in paid expert calls and advisory opportunities.
