Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to place experienced customer success directors who can shape and review AI-generated presentations for enterprise clients.

You will run quarterly business reviews, manage renewal and adoption exhibits, produce executive sponsor updates, and craft high‑impact decks. This fully remote role offers a flexible 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Manage core workflows, including quarterly business review decks, renewal business cases, adoption and value realization exhibits, executive sponsor updates, and success plan presentations.
