Job summary

Restek Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to drive maintenance planning across manufacturing equipment, facilities, and building systems. You will own the CMMS, coordinate with Production and Engineering, and support major shutdowns with detailed resource planning.

This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. The position requires an Associate degree in a related field and 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, including CMMS usage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of maintenance, reliability, facilities, or maintenance planning experience in manufacturing/industrial setting (2 years CMMS hands-on).
• Equivalent education/experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed maintenance work plans covering labor, timing, tools, permits, procedures, and parts for maintenance.
• Own the weekly and daily maintenance schedule, balancing planned work with emergencies and backlog.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to minimize disruption and maximize uptime.
• Plan and support major shutdowns, outages, and equipment overhauls with detailed resource coordination.
• Serve as CMMS administrator, manage asset hierarchies, PM programs, BOMs, and procedures.
• Analyze maintenance history, downtime trends, and KPI performance to drive reliability improvements.
