Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Client Success Manager to design and present solutions, onboard clients, and grow enterprise accounts. You will leverage Lighthouse solutions to maximize initial value, align services with client expectations, and drive growth through consultative selling.

Responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, guiding onboarding, presenting to stakeholders, and developing implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters or JD a plus.
• 5 years of work experience in Sales, Sales Support, or project management.
• Proven ability to maintain valuable, outcome-based client relationships.
• Experience with enterprise deployments and program management.
• Strong analytical and logical skills; able to influence change with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create ongoing relationships with clients and drive product/service adoption.
• Improve client experience by anticipating needs and performing gap analysis.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients; promote Lighthouse products.
• Use consultative selling techniques and act as the voice for service and product implementation at an enterprise level.
• Communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels; develop implementation plans and training materials.
