Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking an Enterprise Billing Success Manager to lead onboarding and enablement for enterprise billing clients. You will work with third‑party billing partners and in‑house teams, driving best practices and creative solutions for complex RCM processes.

Your experience in medical billing, strong Excel skills, and ability to manage expectations with large teams will help optimize revenue cycles and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; CPA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in medical billing with enterprise RCM experience.
• Strong MS Excel and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train enterprise billing teams on best practices.
• Assist sales during enterprise prospect cycles.
• Teach submission, posting, invoicing, AR best practices.
• Develop knowledge of Prompt Reporting and AR/KPI data.
• Provide reporting training across team sizes.
