Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc in the United States is seeking an Associate Billing Success Manager (BSM) to become a billing expert for customers via our support channel and onboarding. You will collaborate with third-party billing organizations and in-house teams to configure workflows on Prompt’s EMR/PM platform and ensure clients succeed.

After onboarding, you’ll assume full BSM duties, train teams on billing processes, and promote best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in the medical billing industry.
• Must have experience billing for outpatient physical therapy clinics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train billing teams on best practices and assist in switching to Prompt.
• Teach submission, posting, invoicing, AR best practices on Prompt.
• Configure workflows with the EMR/PM system per team needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries with deep product knowledge.
• Provide ongoing support via the help desk and KPI reporting.
