ICF Incorporated, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Atlassian Administrator to lead architecture and administration of Atlassian Enterprise Cloud environments in Reston, VA. The role covers Jira, Confluence, Access, and related plugins, with a focus on governance and cost management.

The ideal candidate will drive integrations (ServiceNow, GitHub, Azure DevOps), manage licensing, and establish best practices for Atlassian usage across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field.
• 2+ years of Atlassian Cloud architecture experience.
• 2+ years of Atlassian Governance Model experience.
• 5+ years of Confluence space administration and Jira project/workflow administration.
• 2+ years of experience with Atlassian REST API services.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps & Mural.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and administration of ICF's Atlassian Enterprise Cloud environment.
• Administer multiple Jira, Confluence, Access instances and plugins.
• Develop and support Jira integrations with ServiceNow, GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Define governance processes and ensure adherence across the org.
• Manage licensing and generate reports for cost recovery and renewals.
• Configure Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields and reports.
• Administer Atlassian Access for SSO and user management.
• Provide end-user training and support business processes.
