Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead the enterprise technology vision and architecture across domains. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and program leaders to design scalable, cloud-native solutions and drive strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes security, cloud strategy, and cross-functional influence to deliver impactful outcomes for our customers and members.

Qualifications

15+ years in building scalable, multi-tier cloud-native architectures.
Experience with APIs and external system integrations.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Frontend knowledge with ReactJS.
Security-focused—cyber security best practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
15+ years in systems development across multiple domains.
5+ years in a specific design/deploy domain.
Experience in CRM/Marketing/Insurance/Financial domains.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Facilitate enterprise designs and collaborate with engineering, product, and program leaders.
Lead architecture direction for Application Integration, Data, and Platform.
Handle complex projects and contribute to the strategic IT vision.
Develop cloud migration roadmaps and align with business strategies.
Partner with business leaders to advise on technical decisions.
Assess industry trends and position subject areas accordingly.
Create roadmaps linking capabilities to business goals.
Deliver a pragmatic approach to meet immediate business needs.
