Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise architecture efforts and drive cloud-enabled solutions. You will shape the technology vision, collaborate with CTO office and business domains, and guide complex, high-impact projects to advance the organization’s strategic goals.

The role emphasizes designing scalable, secure, multi-cloud architectures and partnering with senior leaders to deliver business capabilities while maintaining architectural governance

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience with building scalable, multi-tier distributed cloud-native application architectures.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations with external systems including third parties.
• Experience with one of the cloud providers - AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Good understanding of front-end UI frameworks like ReactJS; mobile app development is a plus.
• Experience with secure systems design using cybersecurity best practices.
• 15+ years systems development across multiple types of systems and users.
• 5+ years technical experience in a specific domain for design and deployments.
• Experience in domains such as CRM, Marketing, Insurance/Claims or Financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives and set the technology vision aligned with business goals.
• Define, plan, and realize enterprise technology roadmaps and cloud migration strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and program leaders to design scalable solutions.
• Provide expert technical advice to business leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Develop and communicate architecture governance, patterns, and standards.
