Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to join our CTO office, guiding enterprise technology vision across business domains. This remote role supports collaboration with engineering, product, and program leaders to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with corporate strategy.

The role demands extensive experience in cloud-native architectures, API design, and cross-domain leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building scalable, multi‑tier distributed cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations with external systems including third parties.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure or GCP and messaging systems.
• Knowledge of ReactJS frontend technologies and mobile app development is a plus.
• Experience designing secure systems using security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives and partner with engineering, product, and program leaders.
• Define, plan, and realize the enterprise technology vision aligned with business strategy.
• Develop roadmaps connecting business capabilities to technology.
• Provide expert technical advice and influence strategic decisions across domains.
• Create pragmatic solutions and maintain architectural governance across projects.
