Job summary

Wilson College is seeking a collaborative, organized Applications Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications. You’ll partner with faculty, staff, vendors, and campus leaders to coordinate initiatives, support technology projects, and ensure systems are secure, accessible, and aligned with the needs of our community.

This role covers vendor management, budget oversight, project coordination, training, and accessibility compliance, while maintaining an up‑to‑date software

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CIS, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience coordinating projects, managing tech initiatives, or administering enterprise apps.
  • Experience with vendor management, contracts, purchasing, or budgeting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the lifecycle of third‑party applications, including selection, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Align applications with institutional goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize application usage and drive improvements.
  • Monitor application performance, usage, and user satisfaction; suggest enhancements.
  • Coordinate upgrades, patches, and integrations to maintain security and functionality.
  • Evaluate new applications through vendor demos and internal meetings.
  • Manage renewal, retirement, replacement, or expanded use of existing applications.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training resources for effective adoption.
  • Maintain an inventory of college software applications.
  • Serve as primary contact for vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Support budget planning and tracking for IT projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure accessibility standards and training as needed.
  • Participate in committees and professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
