Salve Regina University in Newport, RI seeks an Associate Director of Enterprise Applications to partner with the Senior Director and lead enterprise systems including ERP and Colleague. You will manage a small team, oversee projects, and ensure reliable operations.

The role emphasizes change management, documentation, vendor communication, and collaboration with IT leadership. Eligible for up to two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Five years of professional experience with enterprise‑level applications.
• Two years of management/supervisory experience or leading large scale enterprise projects.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of database management systems, enterprise application security, SQL query, programming concepts, secure data integration methods, on premise and cloud-based enterprise system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications and support team leadership.
• Manage a small team of enterprise specialists and oversee projects and service requests.
• Oversee planning and execution of key enterprise systems that complement ERP, including financial aid, document management, ID card, IT ticketing, and campus portal.
• Evaluate technologies for version control and patching; provide upgrade recommendations.
• Lead efforts to document applications, interfaces, and operational processes.
• Communicate with vendors, users, and project managers on enterprise application efforts.
• Oversee testing and implementation of new functionality and system enhancements.
• Provide analysis of workflows and improvements; develop change management standards.
