Job summary

Salve Regina University seeks an Associate Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the Enterprise Applications team within the Office of Information Technology. The role partners with the Senior Director to ensure reliable operations, manages enterprise projects, and drives improvements across ERP-related systems including financial aid, document management, and campus portal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience working with enterprise-level applications.
• A minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience or leading large scale enterprise projects.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience in database management systems, enterprise application security, SQL queries, programming concepts, secure data integration methods, on premise and cloud-based enterprise system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications and lead the enterprise applications team.
• Manage a small team of enterprise specialists and oversee enterprise projects and requests.
• Oversee planning and deployment of ERP-related systems (financial aid, document management, ID card, IT ticketing, campus portal).
• Evaluate technologies for version control and patching; recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Maintain documentation for applications, interfaces, and processes.
