Job summary

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead the IT portfolio, oversee enterprise apps, data architecture, and the document management platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications and leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization efforts.
• Experience managing and developing technical teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, data workflows, and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise applications professionals.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications including evaluation, selection, implementation, and retirement.
• Direct administration and evolution of the firm’s document management system and data warehouse initiatives.
• Partner with CIO to develop a multi-year enterprise applications strategy and technology roadmap.
• Drive cloud adoption, platform optimization, and reduction of technical debt.
• Manage complex deployments, migrations, and integrations with minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Establish vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, and monitor SLAs.
• Ensure security, privacy, and governance across enterprise applications.
