MasterCorp, Inc. seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, governance, and modernization of the enterprise application portfolio. Report to the CIO, build a high-performing team, and partner with business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions.

You will drive Workday and other core platforms, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and change management initiatives to ensure security, reliability, and value realization across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ten or more years of progressive experience supporting, managing, and leading enterprise applications.
• Five or more years hands-on experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Three or more years hands-on administration of ERP/HCM systems and related platforms.

• Lead the Enterprise Applications team and coordinate with business and IT leadership.
