McGough, a longtime partner in planning, construction, and facility management, seeks an Enterprise Applications Implementation Manager to lead enterprise application implementations from initiation through stabilization. You will coordinate business, IT, and vendor teams, run governance processes, and ensure on‑time delivery with minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, PM, Engineering or related field.
5–7 years of experience implementing and coordinating enterprise software projects.
Experience managing schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and docs.
Experience coordinating enterprise software with business, IT and vendors.
Experience across planning, testing, deployment, cutover and stabilization.
Hands‑on with cloud SaaS apps, SaaS integrations, and issue investigation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning and execution for enterprise application implementations from initiation to stabilization.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and docs.
Track progress, communicate status, risks, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders.
Facilitate cross‑functional activities among business, Product Managers, analysts, tech resources and vendors.
Conduct and document meetings; ensure follow‑up actions are completed.
