Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of experience implementing enterprise software and coordinating deployments.
• Experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating with business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Experience with cloud SaaS applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution for enterprise application implementations from initiation through stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and docs.
• Track progress, communicate status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings among business, IT, vendors, and partners.
• Support deployment readiness, user acceptance testing, training coordination, cutover planning.
