Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information tech field.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and process improvement experience.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-development capabilities.
• Experience with Azure/M365 and security best practices; ITIL/PMP preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams across technology training, service desk, and cloud & infrastructure operations.
• Partner with the CIO to establish priorities, budgets, and roadmaps aligned with firm goals.
• Oversee delivery of new tech initiatives, adoption, and organizational change management.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and technology budgets.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs and drive automation/AI-enabled improvements.
• Guide cloud infrastructure strategy, network security, disaster recovery, and compliance.
