Job summary

Dentons Bingham Greenebaum is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead strategy, governance, and modernization of the firm’s enterprise apps portfolio. You will oversee core platforms (Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, iManage, and more) in a secure hybrid cloud environment, partner with attorneys and business services, and drive adoption of AI-enabled productivity and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; equivalent education may be considered.
• 8+ years of enterprise applications experience in regulated environments.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience with enterprise app implementations, upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Familiar with AI-enabled productivity tools and responsible AI governance.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, APIs, and integration tools.
• Strong governance, security, and vendor management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise applications strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee day-to-day operation and lifecycle of core platforms.
• Coach and develop Enterprise Applications and Endpoint teams.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation and coordinate with vendors/global teams.
• Identify automation opportunities across legal and business workflows.
• Evaluate and govern responsible AI capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to map requirements and drive adoption.
• Establish governance practices including change, release, and access controls.
• Ensure data governance, security, and privacy compliance.
• Lead integrations and data flows across systems.
• Develop playbooks, docs, and training materials.
