EWS Group is seeking an Application Support Specialist II to provide Tier 2 support for complex enterprise applications from a remote location, with candidates in Jacksonville, FL and Sharon, PA preferred. You will troubleshoot, analyze data, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to deliver reliable outcomes.

The role emphasizes BI, analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled document-processing workflows, requiring strong SQL skills and customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise software applications.
• Strong SQL Server experience for investigation, data validation and reporting support.
• Experience with business intelligence, analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 application support for complex enterprise applications, resolving functional, technical, configuration, integration, reporting, and data-related issues.
• Triage and investigate incidents, reproduce issues in test environments, review logs, distinguish defects from other causes.
• Use SQL to investigate incidents, validate data, reconcile reporting results, and support troubleshooting.
• Support BI, analytics, and reporting capabilities including dashboards, reports, and data movements.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and client communications.
