Blu Omega LLC is seeking an AI Integration Specialist to support a federal program focused on mission-driven technology transformation. This remote role contributes to enterprise AI adoption initiatives and requires experience with AI/ML strategy and modernization efforts.

You will collaborate with senior teams, document decisions, and help translate complex AI concepts into clear business guidance while maintaining governance and user-centered practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology, or a related environment.
• Exposure to AI/ML strategy, enterprise AI adoption, generative AI, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting strategic roadmaps, business cases, or implementation plans.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, generative AI, or related emerging tech.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business summaries.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, healthcare administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of AI/ML strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with federal priorities.
• Contribute to strategic AI initiatives by supporting business cases and project plans.
• Partner with senior team members to translate AI concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
• Help implement human-centered AI adoption frameworks with user experience considerations.
• Research emerging AI technologies and inform strategic recommendations.
• Monitor AI developments to identify opportunities and risks for client organizations.
• Document decisions, risks, and dependencies for meetings and workstreams.
• Develop briefs, status updates, and presentations communicating progress and value.
