Blu Omega LLC in Ashburn, VA seeks a Senior AI and ML Solutions Architect to lead AI strategy, design, and delivery in a hybrid cloud setting. You will drive enterprise AI programs, build scalable MLOps, and advise executives on CTO-aligned roadmaps.

The role requires strong communication and hands-on prototyping in a regulated environment. The position emphasizes delivering AI solutions across Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, RL, and computer vision, while ensuring security and compliance in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, ML, DL, or AI with end-to-end architecture delivery.
• Experience developing AI/ML roadmaps and making defendable tradeoffs.
• Experience managing AI initiatives across maturity levels and advising leaders.
• Experience building AI systems including Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, RL, CV.
• Experience with secure MLOps and CI/CD in regulated environments.
• Cloud/engineering expertise across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, Linux.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solution architecture and strategy for client problems.
• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex AI programs.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML roadmaps and tradeoff analyses.
• Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives and advise leadership on CTO-aligned strategy.
• Design, build, and deploy AI systems including Generative AI, LLMs, and CV models.
• Build secure, compliant MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for regulated environments.
• Translate R&D outputs into enterprise-grade, security-aligned offerings.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly and provide actionable insights.
