Hired is seeking an AI Consultant to advise organisations on adopting and deploying AI, blending strategic framing with hands-on implementation to deliver tangible value.

You will run discovery workshops, design architectures, and partner with engineering teams on pilots while communicating results to executives.

Fully remote role with flexible hours and a performance-based bonus, aimed at helping clients scale AI responsibly.

Qualifications

• 5 years in management consulting, technology strategy, or AI implementation.
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities (LLMs, computer vision, ML).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience scoping and delivering complex client engagements.
• Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels.
• MBA, computer science, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise client leadership on AI strategy, use cases, and ROI
• Run discovery workshops to identify high-value AI opportunities
• Design solution architectures for AI implementations
• Partner with engineering teams on proof-of-concepts and pilots
• Develop AI governance, risk, and adoption frameworks
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executive audiences
