Job summary

Hired is seeking an AI Consultant to advise organisations on adopting and deploying AI. The role blends strategic framing with hands-on implementation guidance — helping clients move from interest to working systems that deliver value.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours and a performance-based bonus structure. You will run discovery workshops, design AI architectures, and partner with engineering teams on POCs and pilots while communicating recommendations to executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5 years in management consulting, technology strategy, or AI implementation.
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities (LLMs, computer vision, ML).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience scoping and delivering complex client engagements.
• Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels.
• MBA, computer science, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise client leadership on AI strategy, use cases, and ROI
• Run discovery workshops to identify high‑value AI opportunities
• Design solution architectures for AI implementations
• Partner with engineering teams on proof‑of-concepts and pilots
• Develop AI governance, risk, and adoption frameworks
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executive audiences
