ElevenLabs seeks a highly motivated Account Executive based in India to drive enterprise sales of AI voice technology, partnering with enterprises to create new experiences and monetisation at scale.

You will build and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts in the Customer Experience and Conversational AI spaces, generate leads, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the Growth team to hit revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling to CXOs in global enterprises.
• Ability to generate and manage enterprise pipeline.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of CX, customer experience and BPO industry.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage portfolio of enterprise accounts in CX and Conversational AI.
• Identify opportunities aligning with ElevenLabs product roadmap.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, close sales with Growth team.
• Develop deep understanding of the Conversational AI industry.
• Track KPI and provide weekly updates to the team.
