Job summary

Solace Corporation is seeking a senior sales professional to identify and secure new enterprise accounts, expand relationships within existing customers, and position Solace as a key enabler of EDA and AI-driven initiatives. Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT sales and complex deal cycles.
• Track record of selling middleware products, solutions, or services.
• Ability to build executive relationships and close large, consultative deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new enterprise accounts and expand relationships within existing customers.
• Lead the sales process from start to finish, including pipeline development and closing deals.
• Develop territory and account plans addressing short-term and strategic goals (pipeline, revenue, profitability, wallet share).
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and other teams to win new business and build long-lasting client relationships.
