Job summary

Solace Corporation is seeking an experienced solutions engineer in a predominantly customer-facing role across North America. You will partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, shape account strategies, and drive deals to closure through compelling demonstrations of Solace’s event-driven and agentic AI platforms.

You will architect solutions, guide customers on best practices, and lead PoCs and workshops to prove real-time data value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical sales or solutions engineering role.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations and communicate business impact.
• Experience with banking or capital markets use-cases is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations, PoCs, and PoVs aligned to customer objectives.
• Architect solutions showing business impact of event-driven and agentic AI platform.
• Own evaluation processes with workshops, hands-on trials, and technical validations.
